Celebrate the Earth in stories and songs that enable the audience to have fun, feel wonder about the beautiful Earth and its creatures, and think about how much we love the place and want to take care of it!
This show is designed to be entertaining, to be able to engage and captivate the young listeners we see at libraries as well as their wise older siblings
and the tired grown-ups. It balances laugh-outloud funny with wonder and reflection. Your audience is invited to sing, dance, chant, drum (on their legs), add gestures and some froggy peeps, croaks & ribbits!
Highlights include:
* Kikosaburo Saves the Lake of the Croaking Frogs
* The Turnip
* The Tailor
* Songs, including the beautiful Native American song The Earth is Our Mother, Pete Seeger's My Rainbow Race and the Alligator Stomp (because alligators are green and audiences love to do the dance!)

So, you want to make a splash with your
patrons at your library this summer?
No problem! Here’s a tried-and-true show that’s played to happy audiences for years.
What makes them love it? They are constantly invited to cocreate the show, comfortably as a group, dynamically as volunteer puppeteers, alligator stompers (this always cracks
up the crowd and frees adults to dance along), singers and chanters.
Volunteers operate beautiful sea puppets,
from the lovely jelly fish to an enormous shark (usually operated by a tiny person). Littlest kids love the rhythms, visual fun, older kids
love the subtext of the stories.
Best for ages 4 up but fine with siblings!
Highlights include:
* Why is the Sea Salty?
* The Unlucky Sailor Girl
plus sea chanteys and other watery tunes!
