Round the
World in Tales & Tunes
"'Round the World in Tales & Tunes!" is an entertaining show of lively, multicultural folktales and tunes. Ms. Maichack will sing, play guitar and fiddle and invite the audience to take part by singing, clapping along, dancing an African dance, even helping to act out a costumed story from Vietnam, "Why Rooster Crows at Sunrise." The show draws on folklore but plays like a variety show with Maichack leading the audience as co-creators. It's fun and funny, and a great way to get inspired to learn about different cultures.
