"A Feast of Beasties" is a show of folk tales, tunes and act-it-out costume fun
celebrating Wild Animals.

Have fun with this new program for Wild Reads @ Your Library this summer. MJ sings, plays guitar and tells wonderfully selected tales. It's funny, fun and, as always,
super-interactive, keeping little ones to elders happily engaged.

Hear Rudyard Kipling's
How the Camel Got His Hump

"He lived in the middle of a howling desert ("most 'scrutiatingly idle...") ... "Humpf!" said the camel with the "world so new and all." Lovers of language, gather round, readers-between-the-lines rejoice!

Flap Along to the charming Celtic song
Leather-winged Bat.

Participants will also act out a story in costume, hear about a mother who dared to pluck a whisker from a tiger’s chin and find out about the Lost Horse in a story from Tibet.
